Woodland Parent and Toddler Group
Our Woodland Parent and Toddler Group meet at Cosmeston Lakes & Country Park near Penarth [map], every Wednesday (term-time) from 10.00am to 12.00 noon, whatever the weather.
Come and join us through the year as we walk the same route and watch the seasons change. Across the boardwalk, through the bullrushes, over the fields, past the stream and into the woods. With songs, stories and playtime in our special woodland den.
We meet in the car par by the cafe between 9.45 and 10.00am. Please come dressed for the weather (some rain shelter will be provided in the woods). The group is suitable for children aged 0-6. Sorry no dogs.
£5.50 /£3.00 concessions (including organic snack).
Directions:
By Car: Cosmeston Lakes are 5 miles west of Cardiff. The main entrance is 1.5 miles south of Penarth town centre on the B4267 Lavernock Road to Sully. Only 15 minutes from the M4. [map]
By Bus: Bus stops are near the main entrance. Cardiff Bus provide a regular Bustler service to and from the park. Full details on 029 20 396521.
