Isabella Mancini – Kindergarten Teacher

Isabella is a qualified and experienced Steiner Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher who brings a calm, warm and open presence to her work with young children and their families.

Raised in an Italian family who travelled frequently, Isabella spent nine years of her childhood living and attending school in the UK. She holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Molecular and Cellular Biology and previously worked in clinical research, before following her calling into Steiner early childhood education.

Isabella was Lead Kindergarten Teacher at Iona Steiner School in Nottingham before joining Cardiff Steiner School in 2020. She has a deep interest in child development and is deeply nourished by the holistic, rhythmic and relational approach of Steiner Waldorf Early Years education, valuing the sense of security and continuity it offers young children.

Outside the Kindergarten, Isabella enjoys being in nature; walking, gardening and quietly attuning to the changing seasons, experiences she weaves naturally into her work with children.
