Last year, Class 8/9 (now Class 9/10), worked on a whole-year Project. It is traditional to culminate their passing through the Lower and Middle School by taking on a Project that interests them, motivates them, and allows them to learn something new or develop a new skill. Project topics came from their own interest and motivation. Each project included building a ‘product’, keeping a progress journal, writing or recording a report, and preparing an interactive exhibit for Project Fair. As Guardian teacher of Class 8/9, I must say that I am absolutely proud and amazed to be a witness of their journey.
