Fees
Steiner education is state-funded in many European countries. However, as we do not offer the National Curriculum, we are unable to secure state funding in Wales, and have to charge fees. This is in common with most other Steiner settings in Britain. Schools in England are now eligible to apply for state funding through the Free School and Academy systems. These are not supported by the Welsh Assembly Government and are not available in Wales.
We are open...

Our 6 year old Kindergarten children attend Forest School one day a week at an additional fee of £5 a session. This includes lunch and lasts 1 hour longer than a normal session.
Fees are calculated for the whole year and are then paid monthly over 12 months by standing order.
Steiner Waldorf have their own comprehensive and distinct curriculum and teaching methods...that places emphasis on the development of the whole child. As such they play an important and complementary role in our education system in Wales
